Style Me App: Anonymous Usage Statistics
Our Style Me app (jewelleryonlinesg.com/style) helps you discover the jewellery styles, colours and occasions that suit you. Your quiz answers, preferences, favourites and saved looks are stored only on your own device and are not sent to us.
To improve the styling advice, the app sends us anonymous usage statistics: a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email address or customer account; which features you use (for example, completing the style quiz or viewing an occasion); your style and colour results; and, only if you choose to enter them, your age range and whether you wear a hijab. We do not collect your name, contact details, location or device details through the app, and these statistics are never combined with your customer account or order history.
You can switch off usage statistics at any time in the app under My Style, and you can remove everything the app has stored on your device with the “Clear my data” button. Anonymous usage statistics are kept for no longer than 24 months and are used only to understand how the app is used and to improve our styling guidance.
